- Request &
Evaluation Phase
- Patient Submits a Request for medical tour. A Doctor close to Patient's home region in our Local Liaison Doc Network will follow up to assist.
- Doctor(selected by the Patient's Primary Care Physician or Recommended by MediTour), Patient's Primary Care Physician & MediTour Staff all work together to evaluate the request.
- Medical Board Review Panel will validate the approach suggested by Doctor(s).
- Financing options are
identified and approval for Medical Tour is
obtained
- Tour Planning Phase
- Patient, Doctor, Patient's Primary Care Physician will collaborate and create a plan of action
- Patient will indicate the desired schedule, places of site seeing etc.
- MediTour staff will
work with Patient in preparing for the Medical
Tour
- Procedure Phase
- Patient arrives in India for the procedure. All logistics and assistance are provided by dedicated MediTour staff.
- Patient undergoes the required procedure (at Hospital selected by Patient's Primary Care Physician or recommended by MediTour)
- Medical Board will Review the Results of the procedure and initiates a process to closely monitor the Patient's recovery.
- Patient's Primary Care
Physician will be
informed of the outcome and progress on a
constant basis.
- Recovery,
Rejuvenation and Tourism Phase
- Patient can opt to recover and rejuvenate at the Shanthigiri Ashram which is the country's leading holistic healing center.
- Patient recovers and visits
places of site seeing interests in or out of
State. A Doctor in our Roaming Doc Network is
always available to assist and care for the
Patient in case of a need or an emergency.
- Follow up Phase
- Patient goes back home fully recovered.
- A Doctor close to Patient's home region in our Local Liaison Doc Network will follow up to check on Patient's recovery and progress.
- Medical Board will follow up with Patient's Primary Care Physician to make sure Patient's procedure was a success and satisfactory.
