Doctors / Primary Care Physicians Can:
* Add / Update / Review required information, communicate with other Doctors , MediTour Staff , and the Medical Review Board in real time.
Medical Review Board Can:
* Follow up with Patients, Doctors, Primary Care Physicians/ Review required information, communicate with other Doctors and MediTour Staff.


- Medical Board
Review -
A State authorized pre/post procedure review
means peace of mind for you knowing that an independent
panel of Doctors review the plan and the results of
the procedure to make sure they are of high
standards. The board can also suggest the best
doctors/hospitals for your procedure. The
Medical Review Board is an Independent panel established by
MediTour, and is approved by the State
Government of Tamil Nadu with a vision to keep an
oversight on all procedures performed on Patients
coming to South India for Medical Tourism. The idea
is to make sure every procedure is completed
successfully and the Patient is extremely satisfied.
Here are some of the functions:
* If asked, the Board can make an independent recommendation on the choice of the Doctors and Hospitals required for the Medical Procedure. The Patient's Primary Care Physician can directly communicate with the Board to validate and confirm the procedures that are planned.
* During the request evaluation phase, the Board can review the Doctor's diagnosis and the procedure plans to provide an independent assessment .
* After the procedure has been completed, the Board will review the outcome and provide an independent assessment to the Patient's Primary Care Physician.
* The Board will follow up with patients after the procedure has been completed, and also check on them from time to time once they have returned to their home country. The mission is to make sure the outcome is successful and patients are satisfied.

Roaming Doc Network -
While you are site seeing (before or after a
procedure) in India, a
Doctor in our roaming network can be assigned and
readily available in case of an emergency. This doctor has complete information
about your conditions/procedure results to make the
right decisions.
Here are some of the functions:
* The Doctors in our Roaming Doc Network are added to a Patients Medical Tour profile depending on where they plan to do site seeing and other leisure activities.
* The Roaming Docs are ready to respond to a Patient's need at all times. With access to authorized Patients Medical Procedure information via the Portal, the Doctors can make the right decision and diagnosis in case of an emergency.

Local Liaison Doc Network -
Whether you are thinking about Medical Tourism and have questions, or Before you
begin the Medical Tour, or After you get back
home from a Medical Tour, a Doctor in our network
near your Home town is available at all times to answer
your questions, coordinate with MediTour India staff,
follow up to make sure you are recovering, and in
case there is an emergency.
Here are some of the functions:
* The Doctors in our Local Doc Network are always available to Patients to review the initial request, answer any questions or information regarding the Medical Tour.
* The Local Docs will follow up with the Patients after the Medical Tour and are available to Primary Care Physicians for communicating with the Doctors in India etc.


- One Stop Service - The MediTour India Staff will gladly work with you from start to finish, all the way from helping you get travel visas, booking negotiated airfares, receiving you at the airport, arranging dedicated car transportation, planning & organizing site seeing tours, making sure you are happy during the Medical Tour, to following up with you after you are back home.
